Day 5: DC-LA Yoga Mala - A Day OFF!
sunday 10/10/10: fun times at Fiddlesticks Family Fun Park.
location: near Phoenix, AZ
notes: i took a break from driving for fun with family and the adrenaline rush of a go-cart racing with lots of laughter-induced pranayama. i also defended my honor and my undefeated air hockey record!
the rest did me some good and i was able to recover from some of the shoulder soreness from yoga and driving. monday, it was back on the road.

Day 4 Update - Location: I-40 Westbound near Hope Road, Amarillo, TX
Notes: Feeling good since I got some AWESOME rest at the Quality Inn East in Amarillo. It was probably the Texas-shaped waffle that had me in such a good mood. And the practice was awesome, despite being a little dusty.
